This Refund Policy applies to noyys subscriptions and lifetime access provided by cocoduro GmbH, Dachauer Str. 70, 80335 Munich, Germany. Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles all refunds.
30-day money-back guarantee
If noyys is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first premium payment for a subscription or your lifetime purchase. No reasons required. A full refund of a lifetime purchase ends the access granted by that purchase.
Renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you will not be charged again. Payments for billing periods that have already started are not refunded, unless required by law.
Free trial
If you started with a free trial, you are only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial and you will not be charged. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment after the trial.
How to request a refund
Send an e-mail to hi@noyys.com with the e-mail address of your noyys account, or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
