noyys is operated by cocoduro GmbH. This page explains how to request deletion of data that noyys has received from your connected Instagram account. It does not delete your Instagram account or data held by Meta.
Request deletion
Email hi@noyys.com with the subject noyys data deletion request. If possible, send the request from the email address associated with your noyys account and tell us whether you want to delete your connected Instagram data or your entire noyys account. If you can no longer access that email address, contact us anyway; we may ask for information to verify that the account belongs to you.
Do not send us your password, Instagram access token, or other login credentials. We will acknowledge your request, process it, and confirm when it is complete. If we must retain any information for legal reasons, we will explain what remains and why.
Disconnect Instagram
If you can still sign in to noyys, open your Instagram connection and choose Disconnect Instagram to stop the connection. Disconnecting removes noyys's stored access token and stops future Instagram syncing. To request deletion of data already imported into noyys, also send the email above. Revoking noyys's access in Instagram does not by itself delete data already stored in noyys.
